Afrobeats star Davido has added another international honour to his list of achievements, winning Best International Act at the 2026 Liberian Entertainment Awards.
The ceremony took place over the weekend at the Lisner Auditorium in Washington, DC, where the 33-year-old won the award.
The Nigerian singer secured the award ahead of notable contenders including Gunna, Rema, and Tyla, further cementing his position as one of the leading figures in global music.

This latest recognition reflects both Davido’s continued success on the international stage and the expanding global reach of Afrobeats. Nigerian artists, in particular, have maintained a strong presence at major award events worldwide.
Founded in 2009, the Liberian Entertainment Awards celebrates excellence among Liberian talents at home and in the diaspora, spanning areas such as music, film, fashion, sports, and community impact.
