Paris Saint-Germain and Arsenal will meet in the UEFA Champions League final on May 30, 2026, at the Puskás Aréna in Budapest.
PSG reached the final after a 6-5 aggregate win over Bayern Munich, while Arsenal defeated Atletico Madrid to book their place in the showpiece final.
PSG coach Luis Enrique described the final as “a difficult, hard game” but insisted his team believe in their style of play. He also praised Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta, calling him a strong and respected opponent.
Harry Kane, who scored for Bayern in their semi-final exit, tipped PSG slightly ahead due to their experience, though he admitted Arsenal have been impressive this season.
The build-up has also seen debate around Arsenal’s celebrations after reaching the final, with Wayne Rooney saying they should “celebrate when they win,” while Ian Wright defended the team’s passion and emotion.
Both teams now turn their focus to Budapest, where Europe’s biggest club prize will be decided in what promises to be a tight and exciting final.
